1.       How to register in online?

Access www.jewbang.com > Click on ‘register’ link > enter all mandatory fields in Register account page, select checkbox (I have read and agreed to the privacy policy) and click on continue button to complete registration process. Now u can login into jewbang.com by using the credentials given in registration form.

2.       How to do Guest purchases in website?

Access jewbang.com > Select Products > Add to cart > click on checkout > select “Guest checkout” radio button under checkout options > enter personal details > click on continue button > select delivery method > continue > Select Payment method (CC avenue or Cash on Delivery) > select checkbox (Agree Terms & Conditions) >continue > confirm order > enter payment details > complete purchase

3.       How to do order products in jewbang.com by registered user?

Access jewbang.com > Select Products > Add to cart > click on checkout > enter email id & password of registered user under “returning customer” section under checkout options > login button > enter personal details > click on continue button > select delivery method > continue > Select Payment method (CC avenue or Cash on Delivery) > select checkbox (Agree Terms & Conditions) >continue > confirm order > enter payment details > complete purchase

4.       In which centers/locations COD facility is available?

COD-Cash on delivery service is available only in Hyderabad city(Andhra Pradesh state) in below locations:

5.       Is COD applicable for all products (Fashion, Gold, Silver, Gems & Stones)

COD facility is available only for fashion jewellery products (all fashion jewellery items).Note that COD is available only in Hyderabad locations.

6.       Is ‘Try n Buy’ service is present?

Yes Try n Buy is available but only for Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh state) customers. For more information/details please access www.jewbang.com > click on “Try n buy” hyperlink present under “Extras” heading present in the footer of the website

7.       Is Customers can purchase via Email?

Yes customers can purchase via email but customers need to mention product codes ((for which products you want. Ex: FORUD99).Also you need to mention the full address and contact email, phone numbers.

Note: Before placing the order via email users need to confirm with customer care whether the selected products is available or not. Otherwise users can use the COD for the same.

This facility is available only for Hyderabad customers (selected locations* in the city as mentioned under “Cash on delivery” locations)

*Try n buy service locations also same as COD service locations.

8.       Is Customers can purchase PRODUCTS via customer care?

Yes customers can purchase via customer care phone number but customers need to mention product codes ((for which products you want(For example: FORUD099)).Also you need to mention the full address and contact email, phone numbers.

Note: Before placing the order via customer care users need to confirm with customer care whether the selected products is available or not. Otherwise users can use the COD for the same.

This facility is available only for Hyderabad customers (selected locations in the city as mentioned under “Cash on delivery” locations)

9.       What are the payment methods available at store or in Online?

Online payment methods:

There are 2 payment methods available i.e; COD(Cash on delivery) & CC avenue(Payment gateway)

Payment options are as follows:

All types of credit, Debit & cash cards – Visa, Master & Maestro cards.

Use Swipe machine(for any Credit/Debit cards - Visa, Master & Maestro cards.)

10.       What are the Delivery services available?

11.   What about Guarantee & Warranty of the products?

Currently “Guarantee” option is not available for all promotional, launch, discounted,offer products.6 months guarantee is present for few products and are listed in the inventory database. Check that Guarantee is available or not for your selected by accessing the attached excel sheet or products mentioned under Guarantee items listed under “Returns” page

Guarantee mentioned is only for fine polish of rold gold products and Guarantee is not applicable for any physical damages, unexpected damages from the customer side, stone damage made by user, chains broken by user,etc.

Note# Guarantee is not applicable for the customers when they are using “Coupon/offer/discount” codes during check out of any fashion jewellery products in the website.

Yes customer (Guest/Registered member) can purchase multiple products by using the following procedure:

Select multiple products(by using Continue shopping button) > add to shopping cart > click on checkout button > enter billing details > enter delivery details > select delivery method > select Payment method >accept terms & conditions > Confirm order

16.   Any discounts/offer prices on any products?

Yes discounts & offers are regularly available in jewbang.com and placed in online or in jewbang.com Landing page or else u can call to customer care and avail coupon codes if available.

Discounts and offer prices are available on festival/occasional days and on funky Fridays of every week.

19.   How about the Packaging of products?

Packaging of the fashion jewellery products is very difficult but we are handling with care by using the good quality of packing boxes, they are sealed with covering wafers, plasters and with tight seal.

Jewbang.com QMS(Quality management service) will take care about these things.

20.   Is Guarantee available for Stones broking/loss/Damage/breakage of any products?

No Guarantee is available for any of the following physical damages:

Stone/pearls/kundans/beads missing

Chain broking

Coating removed manually by the user

Scratches made by the user manually

Water/Paint/Ink/Color stains made by the user,etc

Note# We are selling the fashion jewellery products with high quality with best prices so Guarantee is not applicable for any of the above mentioned categories.

22. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

After successful purchase in jewbang.com, jewbang.com will sent an email to customer with order id# and product details, invoice,etc

Also CC Avenue(Payment gateway) will sent an email to customer regarding fail/success transactions with order id#

23. Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

                        Unfortunately, we do not have these products available for sale currently.

       24. Is it necessary to have a jewbang.com account to shop?

While it is not necessary to have a jewbang.com account to shop and purchase items, it is   certainly   recommended to have one. You can shop by providing just your email ID/Password.

25. How do I make a payment for a jewbang.com purchase?

Jewbang.com offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Cash cards and Cash on Delivery. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Jewbang.com and our trusted payment gateway (CC Avenue) use 256 bit SSL encryption (Go daddy.com certificate) technology to protect your card information.

26. What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is an alternate method of purchasing from us. In the COD payment terms or COD service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance. Please note that the courier person will give you the parcel only after he receives the cash payment. You cannot open the parcel before payment. In case of any concerns after opening the parcel, you can contact us on mail@jewbang.com

27. How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?

We accept all VISA, MasterCard both Indian and International. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Jewbang.com and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

28. How do I check the current status of my orders?

We will provide u the order id with “Shippment id/Tracking id” about the status of your ordered product through email/phone. Also you can check by navigating to respective courier website(Ex: DTDC or Overnite express) by entering the “Shippment id”.

29. When and how can I cancel an order?

You cannot cancel your order once placed in the jewbang.com. Cancellation is possible only through call centre email & contact phone no’s as mentioned in the ‘Refund & Cancellation’ rules.Cancellation is allowed only within 2 days from the order confirmation date.

30. Does Jewbang.com deliver internationally?

Jewbang.com currently not providing this option and we are planning the same in future.

31. How do I get a defective item, ordered on Jewbang.com, replaced?

Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 2 days from the date of delivery, and we will try to resolve your refund request. In case of damaged products, please send us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt of the product. The return shipping to seller for the product will be borne by the customer in case of refund.

32.Is customer can Order the products by phone?

You may place an order over the phone by calling +91 8297167898 or 8886765959 or 9642170889. But this service is available only in hyderabad selected locations. Locations are mentioned as same as under “COD”

33. When can I reach someone regarding my order the products over phone/email?

Jewbang.com is available over the phone from 9 am – 10 pm IST Monday-Friday. You may also email us(to mail@jewbang.com) with any questions you may have.

34. Can a bracelet or necklace or Anklets be customized into a different size?

No this option is not available in jewbang.com but we have wide range of fashion jewellery in different sizes in different fashions

35.How can I find a store that carries Jewbang.com in my area?

Jewbang.com is only available in Safarinagar, Hyderabad, Andhra pradesh. In future we are planning to launch stores in different parts of Hyderabad.

36. Will you ship to a different address than the one that appears/mapped on my credit card?

Yes jewbang.com will provide this option. Customers have to provide different/current address in the payment page which they want.

37.If I haven't received my shipment, whom do I contact?
